THE LOUMA WAY

LOUMA does not follow the fast fashion trend, but consistently commits to eco fashion and is carefully selecting its clothing fabrics and colorants, suppliers and production processes. 

 

Organic cotton plays a central role in the production of LOUMA fashion. The cultivation of cotton is associated with a lot of energy and resource use and compared to conventional cultivation, organic cotton scores points in these areas. In turn, the customer receives natural and long-lasting fibres.

In addition to the environmentally friendly cultivation of organic cotton itself, the natural processing of fabrics and fair working conditions of the entire production chain also plays an important role for LOUMA as a“green fashion brand”.

Certificates like “Tradefair” are helpful clues for LOUMA customers.

LOUMA shoes are unique products, hand-painted from LOUis MArvin in person.

 

LOUMA products are not mass-produced - whether T-shirts, hoodies, trousers or bags. They are strictly limited editions (usually less than 100 pieces) and thus always a commitment of the LOUMA community to act responsibly towards our environment  

 

LOUMA shoes are hand painted and each shoe is a unique product nobody else will wear. 

 

LOUMA is an ecologically and environmentally responsible statement in the fashion industry, created by Louis Marvin from the Munich area, who decided at the age of 14 to leave his mark in the fashion industry. 

 

 

THE LOUMA STORY

 

At just 14 years old, Louis Marvin from the Munich area decided to give a creative space to his unbridled enthusiasm for fashion, for graphics and brand design, for music, graffiti and video editing, and so he started project LOUMA.

 

From the very beginning it was clear: own name, own label, self-designed logos and print templates, own production in the conventional screen printing process with environmentally friendly colorants, highest responsibility in the selection of cotton from fair trade suppliers and a 100 percent commitment to quality – that is what LOUMA must stand for.

 

LOUMA also underlines that the next generation attaches great importance to these attributes and no longer accepts compromises to our environment and our nature.

This makes LOUMA so special. No other fashion label can offer this to you: LOUMA was launched in 2019 by 14-year-old student Louis Marvin – for boys and girls of this own generation. This is the LOUMA community.
